CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES
Our goals are to clearly communicate Five Ultimate’s customization and team gear capabilities, policies, and timelines for the benefit of you, your team and Five Ultimate. Please make sure you understand Five Ultimate’s printing policies and limitations as outlined on the Five Ultimate customization page. Orders will be produced according to the details outlined in the mock ups sent by a Five team representative.
If no specifications were outlined by the ordering group then Five Ultimate team representatives will do their best to create the uniforms according to their judgment. Production of the proposed gear will start once payment has been submitted to the Five Ultimate team representative.
ARTWORK and LOGOS
Orders will be produced according to the details outlined in the mockups generated by a Five Ultimate team representative. Teams will need to approve each mockup before an order is finalized. If no specifications were outlined by the ordering group then Five Ultimate team representatives will do their best to create the uniforms according to their judgment.
The team ordering gear is responsible for procuring the correct permissions for any artwork that are submitted to Five Ultimate for use in printing or other gear customization. Five Ultimate does offer free artwork assistance to help create, adjust, and vectorize artwork for any order. Because we provide this service free of charge we are not able to send any artwork generated, adjusted, or touched up by Five Ultimate back to the team. If we like your artwork, we may make an extra item or two to keep around for company use.
SHIPPING and DELIVERY
Five Ultimate makes every attempt to deliver you your gear on the timeline requested and in the best quality possible. Here are some notes on our shipping policies: Once your gear leaves our warehouse we have limited control over what happens to it. By default, Five Ultimate does not pay for insurance on shipping. If you’d like your shipment insured (recommended for international orders) please notify your Five Ultimate team representative, and they can calculate insurance into your order quote.
Upon receiving the shipment confirmation email for any order, check to make sure all shipping and delivery information is clear and correct. Upon the shipping company’s confirmation of the delivery of a shipment, Five Ultimate assumes that you have received your gear. Provided Five Ultimate has shipped the gear using the correct method and to the address specified in the approved order quote, Five Ultimate does not assume any responsibility for gear lost by FedEx or USPS.
Once your order ships, we will email you all tracking information available for your shipment. If no tracking information is available, we will inform you of the ship date and the expected delivery time line.
Five Ultimate asks that you refer to the shipping company’s website for final package tracking and delivery details. We will try to confirm all delivery addresses, and we will contact you if we notice any possible delivery issues with an address you provide.
Five is proud to serve Ultimate players from all over the globe. We have experience and patience in working with international shipping. We ship international orders via FedEx and the United States Postal Service.
Five Ultimate will attempt to ship to anywhere legally possible on the globe. Please keep in mind that shipping internationally takes time and receiving items through customs can take extra time beyond the projected shipping time lines outlined by USPS.
International teams are required to pay all duties and import fees. Due to the irregularity of customs procedures and international shipping times Five Ultimate cannot guarantee a delivery date for order being shipped outside of the United States. We can guarantee a date your gear will leave our offices, but the speed at which a packages reaches you is wholly out of Five Ultimate’s hands.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We want to have the highest quality gear floating around the Ultimate community and beyond. Quality is of the utmost importance to Five Ultimate. We quality check every order for errors before it is sent to a team, but to assure that we haven’t missed anything please examine your gear for any errors as soon as it arrives.
If your gear arrives and you notice any quality issues, product errors, or order mistakes, let us know within 10 business days of delivery. Email email@example.com to alert us of any issue. If it is our fault, we will take full responsibility and will refund or replace your goods. If Five Ultimate is replacing or reprinting an order we will produce it as quickly as possible and ship all replacements via UPS ground or USPS first class mail.
After gear has been opened and distributed, the clarity and communication of any error, defects, or misprints is significantly reduced. Thus, we have a 10 business day deadline for reporting and quality issues with your order. If a Five representative isn’t alerted within 10 business days of receipt of the gear Five Ultimate we may not be able to refund or replace your items.
If an order that needs replacements was shipped within the US and taken outside of the country by a third party, Five Ultimate will ship the replacement gear anywhere inside the US. It is the responsibility of the team to find another international courier for the reprints. People come in all shapes and sizes, so make sure you are ordering the right size. Sizing issues are not considered manufacturing defects so please have your team check out our sizing chart. Customized Five Ultimate gear is nonrefundable and not returnable.
Your gear should last you this season and beyond and we stand behind our products. In fact, we stand in them, sit in them, layout, work, and play in them. If your gear is defective and breaks down (aside from normal wear and tear- grass stains don’t count, you hosers) within 12 months of the purchase date Five Ultimate will get you a replacement or refund. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and issue.
Once you approve the mock ups and order quote provided to your team by a Five Ultimate team representative and submit payment for your order, the delivery clock starts ticking. Five Ultimate guarantees that team orders of screen printed gear be shipped out 15 business days after finalization. If we are out of stock of the gear you are requesting, we will work with you to offer various options that allow you to satisfy your needs as quickly and as accurately as possible.
Misprints happen. If your order requires a reprint of a jersey or multiple jerseys Five Ultimate will do their best to ship out the majority of your order within 15 business days and send the reprinted items as soon as possible. We do not guarantee timelines for orders of sublimated gear. Most sublimated orders can be produced and shipped within 6-8 weeks of order finalization.
Privacy / Security
Five Ultimate will:
- Never redistribute or sell your personal information.
- Keep all your personal banking and financial information safe and secure.
- Never abuse the rights of a team's or individual’s artwork.
- Use secure methods of transferring sensitive data in all online transactions.
- Five Ultimate will do everything possible to maintain the best security of your personal records and information.
- Five Ultimate will not use any of your personal information for purposes other than filling your purchases and orders, and internally finding ways to serve you better.
- It is in the best interest of everyone that all information remains accurate. Should you notice any errors with your shipping address, contact information etc. please let us know so that we can ensure the best quality of service.
Five Ultimate will do everything in our power to serve you in a professional, timely, and efficient manner. However should conditions beyond the control of reasonable efforts occur (natural disaster, invasion, loss of utilities, death, or there was a really really awesome party last night [jk]) Five Ultimate is not liable for failure to perform it’s contractual obligations.
Should our website make an unreasonable error you as the user are responsible for notifying us of said error. We will not be responsible for extreme technical failures.
